If your child still needs to be carried then they can be in addition to the 6. If your child would normally sit on their own then please count them as one of the 6. 

All tickets are sold per compartment. We can now offer different compartment types on each train. The majority of these are our standard 6 seat compartment however, there is one 3 seat compartment per train for smaller families. 

The carriages we use are old and although we have done lots to improve them they are partly open to the elements, mostly on one side. Please wrap up warm. 

We use Paypal to process all our card transactions. You can complete the payment without setting up an account by using the guest checkout which appears when you are directed to paypal. Ensure at the bottom of the form where it asks Why not Create a Paypal Account you click on No Thanks and agree to the terms and conditions. 

Santa comes along the outside of the train to meet all the passengers as we don’t have facilities to accommodate all the passengers away from the train. 

Our carriages do not have seat numbers, so we cannot reserve seats. Compartment types will be identified though. Please make sure you sit in the compartment type you have booked. 

You will be on the train for around 25-30 minutes. This will include time at 'Toyland' while you see Santa. 

It will contain some Haribo sweets, colouring/activity sheets and colouring pencils.

Our Santa Specials run on weekends through December plus Christmas Eve. Our train times are as follows:
